PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products, can not be returned or replaced with other items. The display of colors may be different depending on the characteristics of the device used. The patches are not sold separately but are applied on the article chosen at the discretion of the company. Items with patches are to be considered personalized so they can not be changed or returned. 

CHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Non-personalized products purchased online can be changed within 15 days of receipt of the same (except for items with hot-stamped initials, personalized products and products on order). The product must be in perfect condition. The return shipment is charged to the customer. You will need the receipt of purchase and a return request send it to the following email: [email protected].

RETURNS

Products purchased online can be returned within 15 days of receipt (except for items with hot stamped initials, personalized products with metal letters, including those with initials selected MB and products made to order). The product you wish to return must be in perfect condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need the purchase receipt and the return form properly completed at the following link. The refund will be made when the product is received at the company on the payment method used.
